My latest piece! Planet texture created using Nasa visible earth. I tried to work on my composition. Hopefully I've improved. Let me know what you think.

nice work. I might just add more stars, although you already made them dim I guess because of the dust cloud and colors are awesome...

I didn't add any small stars. Well I did make some, but it didn't look as nice with them in the background, so I opted to leave them out. I think you might be referring to the faint noise on the dust cloud? Or do you mean some of the smaller visible flare stars? I added noise to my brush when I painted in the cloud base as without it the large brush kept producing banding. Glad you like the dust cloud and colours. Good to hear some feedback about the stars too. Thanks. :)

I understand. From viewers point it might look empty but you know the best. I happened to me a lot when I was composing something and even though it's logical to see something on the canvas to me it just didn't look right... Keep up the good work!
